About Us: 

We created  Gifts By Ginny to be a solution for your gift giving needs.  We work hard to find and design unique, different items that will appeal to everyone ~ even the person  “who has everything”. 

 

We sell our products at selected local Craft Shows in New England, thru our Mail Order pamphlets and over the Internet.   Ginny's website, www.giftsbyginny.com  was created August 14, 2003. 

 

The items pictured on this site, and in the mailing pamphlets, are examples of the products Ginny can make, but are in no way the only things Ginny can make. 

 

Over the years, Gifts By Ginny has made many changes, the newest addition - laser engraving!   With laser engraving, the possibilities are endless - on glass, stone, leather, metal, cork, wood and more…

 

Whether you are buying a gift for yourself, a loved one, friends or rewarding a treasured employee for a job “well done”, Gifts By Ginny is there to make that thought become a reality  - with just a few clicks of the mouse.   So, whomever you are shopping for, you’ve come to the right place.

 

Custom Orders:

Many items on this website are made-to-order.  Ginny’s favorite love is creating unusual unique designs for her cribbage boards and thermometers.

Each custom order/item is designed/hand made to your specifications.  So please, before you sign off  on the final draft submitted to you, it's what you want to purchase.

Payments:

Web Site:  The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at Gifts By Ginny.  Credit Card Payments are handled by PayPal, a secure server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption.  Your orders are encrypted for your protection. 

(Gifts By Ginny NEVER sees your credit card information- it goes directly to PayPal)

 

Craft Shows/Fairs:  We accept Cash and local checks (with proper ID).

 

Mail Orders: Check/Money Orders – payable to “Gifts By Ginny

Please note  Your order will  be shipped when our bank has cleared your payment.

Shipping: Depending on the size and nature of your order, it may require about 2 weeks to produce your order.   Delivery time is considered to start once the order has been created and is ready for shipping.  

 

We ship orders through the United States Postal Service.  (Priority Mail w/tracking)  This will take from 1-5 business days, depending on the location of the mailing address.   You will be notified when your order has been shipped, and when available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.  To date, this has been the best method for our customers. 

 

We try very hard to keep our rates as close to the Post Office's rates as possible.  We do not make a profit off the shipping costs.

 

Currently, we ship only to the Continental U.S. Only -lower 48 States only. (not including Alaska and Hawaii)

Our fees are computed using the United States Post Office “Shipping Zones”.  

 

Our current packing & shipping rates:

                        Up to $20.00                $  6.00

                        $20.01- $35.00            $  7.50

                        $35.01-$60.00             $  9.50

                        $60.01-$80.00             $10.50

                        $80.01 +                       $12.00

 

Returns: Understandably, personalized/custom items are non-returnable.

Our aim is to provide you with products that are keepsakes and heirlooms.  We have made every attempt to represent our products accurately through the item descriptions and images. 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it.  Let us know when something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

 

Please keep in mind that each custom order/item is designed/hand made to your specifications.  So please, make sure that we understand each other, before you sign off  on the final draft submitted to you, before we create and ship your order. 

 

On other items, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately with the reason. 

You must return it to us within 14 days of it's receipt and we will refund your purchase price less shipping charges and any PayPal processing fees.  Item(s) must be returned in its original condition.

 

We suggest you insure the item(s) when returning it, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred with the postal service. 

 

Once we receive the package, a check will be issued and mailed to the name and address on file.

*  Custom & Personalized items are non-returnable.

*  Credit Card processing fees incurred from PayPal  will be deducted from purchase price.

*  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*  Buyer is responsible for return postage, including insurance fees.

Any item(s) returned must be in the same condition as received. 

Engraved Items:

Please keep in mind that each custom order/item is designed/hand made to your specifications.  

We cannot accept returns due to incorrect engraving information that was submitted to us.  It is important that when you submit your engraving information you are accurate in spelling, capitalization, wording and punctuation.  Our lasers use your entry as its command line.  You are in effect programming your own item.  Your engraving will appear exactly as you have entered it.   So please, make sure that we understand each other, before you sign off  on the final draft submitted to you, before we create and ship your order. 

 

Having engraved over 5,000 names, we do not attempt to assume a spelling is correct or not.  Due to production process - we may never see your entry until it has been engraved.

 

If you have received an item that you believe has inferior quality, please contact us immediately.

 

That said,  we feel that your expectations are high and we strive to meet those expectations.
